D20 Digest

D20 Digest is a digital magazine for Dungeons and Dragons enthusiasts written by D&D enthusiasts. D20 Digest started as a multimedia writing and research project for a digital literacies class focusing on the genealogy of a medium of our choice. I chose D&D and began researching the war games, situations, and people that inspired the creation of D&D. After submerging myself in the history of D&D, I shifted focus to the editions and changes D&D has undergone since its first release. Ending the magazine with an article highlighting the games D&D went on to inspire.

Later, I challenged myself to create a logo for the magazine that would be effective as a sticker.

Inspired, I began developing this magazine as a company in my mind. I challenged myself this time to design a character sheet you could actually use when you play D&D. This character sheet would be included in the magazine, both through print and digitally for download.
