D20 Digest

D20 Digest is a digital magazine for Dungeons and Dragons enthusiasts written by D&D enthusiasts. D20 Digest started as a multimedia writing and research project for a digital literacies class focusing on the genealogy of a medium of our choice. I chose D&D and began researching the war games, situations, and people that inspired its creation. After immersing myself in D&D's creation, I shifted focus to the editions and changes it has undergone since its first release. Ending the magazine with an article highlighting other media D&D has inspired.

Later, I challenged myself to create a logo for the magazine that would be effective as a sticker.

Inspired, I began developing this magazine company further. I challenged myself this time to design a character sheet that you could use while actually playing D&D. This character sheet would have been included as a perforated page in the back of print magazines or as an available digital download for subscribers.
